Join us for a guided hike to Maroon Lake with the As-pen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES). This hike should be absolutely stunning in the fall! Participants will take the bus from Snowmass to Highlands and then start the hike from the trailhead at the East Maroon Portal. The roughly 3 mile hike at a moderate grade should take about 2.5-3 hours. The ACES naturalist will share information about geology, aspen trees, wildflowers, and wildlife. Participants will take a bus back to Snowmass from Maroon Lake.
